Acceptable use
Beams is for transactional and informational push notifications. Don't use it for spam, harassment, marketing without explicit opt-in, or to transmit sensitive PII (health, financial credentials, etc.).
Service availability
Free tier: best-effort, no SLA. Pro and above: 99.5% monthly uptime target. Status: status.trybeams.com.
Payment terms
Subscriptions billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Account termination
We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use policy or generate excessive abuse reports. You may delete your account from settings at any time.
Liability
Beams is provided as-is. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. We do not guarantee delivery (APNs and FCM are best-effort transports, by design).
Governing law
Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration.
